Do you want to help support our academy in improving attendance?
Hollington Primary Academy is looking to appoint an Attendance Officer to join our highly motivated team to support our Academy in improving pupil attendance. This is a permanent contract, working 20 hours per week, term time only. Please note that as this role is part time the salary will be pro rata. The successful applicant will need to demonstrate good organisational skills, be a team player and have excellent interpersonal skills.
Key tasks will include:
• liaising with pupils, parents and staff to promote good attendance
• ensuring that the Academy’s Attendance policy and strategy is followed
• working with outside agencies to support pupils and parents

Hollington Primary Academy is a school for 4 to 11-year olds in St Leonards on Sea, East Sussex. We serve our local community and encourage our pupils to think big. We have two classes in each year group and use our creative curriculum to bring learning to life. We have excellent sports provision and hold the Gold School Games award. We also host a nursery for children aged from 2 years.
We hold a Primary Science Quality Mark Bronze award.
