Are you committed to safeguarding with the ability to support child protection procedures across our academy? 

The West St Leonards Primary Academy require a safeguarding officer to join our dynamic team. The team have raised attainment year on year and are committed to changing the life chances of our students. We are seeking an accomplished individual who has the capabilities to implement child protection procedures in accordance with statutory duties. 

The role of safeguarding officer is critical to developing and contributing to early intervention strategies. You will lead and encourage multi agency working and the protection of vulnerable children, ensuring regular liaison with external agencies.

We are looking for someone who:
