Are you highly organised and capable of keeping accurate records? 

We are looking to recruit a Behaviour Administration Assistant to join our friendly and enthusiastic team to undertake general tasks within the designated team.  This role is 37 hours per week, term time only plus 5 days.

You will be responsible for:

  • Keeping behaviour records up to date and accurate
  • ​​​​​​​Administering the attendance system and following up absences in line with academy guidelines 
  • ​​​​​​​Promoting attendance by liaising with teaching staff and local authority officers

The St Leonards Academy is a secondary school for 11 to 16-year olds in St Leonards on Sea, East Sussex. We have a clear vision of what creates successful learners and how to implement it.
