This is a rare opportunity to join our highly motivated, friendly and supportive People Operations team who are key to ensuring a professional, effective and efficient HR, pay and pension services for our staff, academies and Professional Services departments.
Day to day you will supervise our People Administrators and work closely with our Academy Business managers to ensure an excellent and compliant end-to-end HR administration service throughout the employee lifecycle. You will also provide first line advice, guidance and support for line managers on People policies, procedures and processes such as flexible working and on staff terms and conditions.
The role is offered on a permanent contract, working 22 hours per week, 52 weeks per year, the pro rata salary equates to £15,713.35 per annum.
Many of our staff work in a variety of different ways and we wouldn't want to lose our perfect candidate based on hours or working pattern. This role is offered on a hybrid arrangement with part home and part office working but please talk to us about any flexibility you might need. Whilst we can't promise to give you exactly what you require we will always happily consider what is possible for the role.
Our ideal candidate
You will be an experienced HR generalist, ideally with some experience of line management/supervision. Excellent organisational and time management skills and a meticulous eye for detail are a must. You will also need to be competent using Microsoft Office and HR information systems (we use iTrent).
