Silverdale Primary Academy is looking for a brilliant Mid-Day Supervisory Assistant (MDSA) to join our motivated and enthusiastic team.  MDSAs play an absolutely crucial role in ensuring our children have a great lunchtime and are ready to learn when they return to their classrooms.

Duties include assisting the children in the dining hall, supervising and actively engaging with children to encourage play whilst in the playground and ensuring they gain the most from their lunch time. A willingness to act as a team member, a confident manner and a calm approach are essential.   

The actual pro rata salary for this role is £2649.39 and the working pattern will be a daily 'hour and a quarter' shift over the lunch period.
