Our Nursery Practitioners ensure children have a safe, stimulating and enjoyable environment.  If you have great communication skills, this could be the role for you. 

We are looking for someone to work for 2 days a week, preferably Thurs & Fri, 8.15 a.m. – 3.45 p.m., term time only plus INSET days. (35 hours per week 39 weeks per year). Pay will be at Scale Point 4 plus Crawley Weighting £18,933 + 609 pro-rata (Actual salary £6310 p.a.)

We are looking for a caring, friendly and dedicated qualified Nursery Practitioner to join our team. You will have:

  • NVQ Level 3 or relevant qualification equivalent in Early Years Foundation Stage
  • an up to date Paediatric First Aid course, or willingness to undertake this qualification
  • great communication skills with children, team members and parents and carers.

Desmond Anderson Primary Academy is a school for 4 to 11-year olds in Crawley, West Sussex. Each year we welcome two classes of children to our dynamic, happy school. We utilise our extensive grounds to bring learning to life for our pupils. We have a special facility for up to 20 pupils with autism and a nursery for children aged from 2 years.
