Are you a passionate primary school student teacher? We are seeking an enthusiastic, inspiring and dedicated teacher to join our Student Teacher Recruitment Scheme.

This unique opportunity for student teachers (who are following a one-year programme or are in the final year of an Initial Teacher Training programme) to secure a place as an Early Career Teacher (ECT) in one of our primary schools in the Hasting and St Leonards area.

This fantastic opportunity is available to all students who have been or are currently on placement within the primary academies within the Trust.  You’ll either choose, or be assigned, a host academy where you’ll complete your two-year program.
