Lindfield Primary Academy is a large and happy village school. We have 630 children on roll. We have a caring ethos with a clear vision and fabulous values!
We are looking to appoint an outstanding person to work with identified children across school in order to further raise their self-esteem, aspirations and academic performance. The ideal candidate will be proactive, positive and flexible, a great team player with excellent communication skills and will be responsible for the development of effective mentoring relationships with both children and their parents.
We welcome applications both from experienced learning mentors or from those with other relevant experience of working with children or young people who can demonstrate their ability to engage children from a range of backgrounds.
The Learning Mentor working hours are 5 days per week, working 8.30am-4pm term time only.
If you would like further information regarding this post or to arrange an academy tour, please contact Mrs Jane Robinson, SENCo at Lindfield Primary Academy on firstname.lastname@example.org
Lindfield Primary Academy is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment. There will be a need for you to undertake an enhanced DBS check and references will be sought prior to the interview process.
The Trust reserves the right to interview and appoint a suitable candidate before the closing date or close the role early if sufficient applications are received.
