Location: Remote

This is a remote position with a requirement to occasionally travel to meetings in Hastings/St Leonard's and other Trust sites within West Sussex

Contract: 9 month FTC

Working pattern: Part time, 28 hours per week (days and hours flexible), term time (39 weeks) plus 2 additional weeks

Actual starting salary (calculated pro rata): £16,349 per annum

Salaries are paid in 12 equal monthly instalments

We are looking to appoint a Governance and Admissions Team Administrator. Working closely with the Local Governance Manager and the Data Protection Manager you will provide administrative support to the Local Boards and the Executive Team. You will be directly involved in varied and interesting work including:

  • Arranging and supporting meetings; agenda setting, collation and distribution of papers, taking meeting minutes and the follow up of agreed actions
  • Processing of applications; updating the academy websites, liaising with academies regarding DBS checks and arranging induction meetings and training
  • Maintenance of training records and the Declaration of Interest registers
  • Processing of end of term/resignations of Local Board members including updating all relevant databases
  • Data protection processes including sorting and redacting documents, maintaining logs and records and the follow up of information requests
