Job Description

Working pattern: Term time & INSET days, Monday to Friday 8.15am - 3.15pm

Actual starting salary (calculated pro rata): £19,470

Salaries are paid in 12 equal monthly instalments

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Cover Supervisor / PE Technician to deliver high-quality classroom supervision across a range of subjects, while also supporting our vibrant Physical Education department. The successful candidate will:

  • Cover lessons across a wide range of different subjects, delivering lessons in accordance with the work set by the Teacher/Subject Leader
  • Provide support to the PE Department at the Academy during lessons, assist with after-school clubs and taking PE lessons when staff are absent
  • Act as a Form Tutor
  • Assist with exam invigilation
  • Accompanying staff on school trips
  • Working with small groups of students
  • Related administrative tasks
