The St Leonards Academy is looking to recruit an Administration Assistant for Safeguarding & Behaviour to join our friendly and enthusiastic team. This is a varied role which will provide vital operational support to the academy. The role is working 37 hours per week, term time plus 5 extra days. Please note that as the salary will be pro-rata.
We are looking for a confident, self-motivated, and organised Administration Assistant. You will have:
- maths and English GCSE Grade A- C or equivalent
- good communication skills, both oral and written, and the ability to prioritise
- knowledge of a range of computer applications including Microsoft Word and Excel.
The role of Administration Assistant plays an integral part in maintaining the vital functions of the academy to ensure that it runs smoothly and effectively. To succeed in this role, you will need to:
- provide comprehensive administrative support
- accurately input data into computerised systems, databases and spreadsheets and retrieve/cleanse data when necessary
- provide cover and support for other members of the team as required.

The St Leonards Academy is a secondary school for 11 to 16- year olds in St Leonards on Sea, East Sussex. We have a clear vison of what creates successful learners and how to implement it.
