We are seeking an organised and self-motivated Clerical Assistant for our friendly and motivated team. If you have great communication skills and good attention to detail, this is the job for you.

We are looking for a confident, self-motivated, and organised Clerical Assistant. The successful candidate will have;

  • maths and English GCSE Grade A- C or equivalent
  • good communication skills, both oral and written, and the ability to prioritise
  • knowledge of a range of computer applications including Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • the ability to work independently and as part of a busy office team
  • good time management skills 

The role of Clerical Assistant plays an integral part in maintaining the vital functions of the academy ensuring that it runs smoothly and effectively. To succeed in this role, you will need to:

  • provide comprehensive administrative support within the academy as well as working on the reception desk.
  • accurately input data into computerised systems, databases and spreadsheets and retrieve/cleanse data when necessary
  • provide cover and support for other members of the team as required
  • provide first aid when needed (training will be provided

Please note the working pattern is Monday 8.15 to 3.30pm, Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday 8.15 to 12.45pm, Friday 8.15 to 3.30pm and the pro rata salary equates to £11,900 per annum.
