We are looking for an Reprographics Technician and Procurement Assistant to work within our highly motivated administration team at the academy.
To provide full and efficient reprographic support to all staff and to manage the reprographics office on a day-to-day basis.
To lead on procurement for the academy
To be the GDPR coordinator for the academy
To complete general administration.
To maintain a good working relationship with all staff, external agencies, parents and visitors to the Academy
We are looking for someone who has:
- experience of operating equipment/ICT packages (e.g. photocopiers, word, excel, databases, spreadsheets, Internet
- experience of working within a reprographics department
- a good understanding of GDPR legislation
- the ability to offer an in-house design service
- excellent communication skills
- a commitment to the values, vision and mission of the Trust and to working to achieve best outcomes for all our students and pupils
- high levels of enthusiasm and personal motivation
