We are looking for an Attendance Administration Assistant to join our academy attendance and admissions team.
To provide administrative support for the admissions and attendance department including undertaking general administrative tasks e.g. letters, mail mergers, labels as well as more specialised support relating to the area of designation.
To contact parents/carers by telephone to follow up reasons for student absence
To collate attendance data including trend analysis on behalf of the Attendance and Admissions Manager
We are looking for someone who:
• Is a strong team player
• Has excellent administration skills including Microsoft Word and Excel
• Has enthusiasm, presence and authority with a positive, can-do attitude
• Is highly organised, motivated and driven to succeed
Please note the pro rata salary equates to £11,126 per annum.
