Based at our Blackthorns Community Primary Academy, you will work across both Blackthorns and Lindfield Primary Academy, both of which are 'Outstanding’.  You will be joining highly motivated and dedicated teams who strive to ensure all our children reach their full potential with our broad, balanced, creative and engaging curriculum and excellent pastoral support.

As well as leading and /or contributing to the implementation of the vision and strategic plan to ensure continuous improvement across both academies, you will also have the opportunity to work with the School Improvement Team to support aspects of the Trust-wide strategic plan.

Lindfield Primary Academy is a school for 4 to 11-year olds in Lindfield, West Sussex. We are a positive, happy and friendly school with three classes in each year group, offering a broad and creative curriculum for our pupils. We are focused on academic, creative and sporting success for all. We pride ourselves on offering a nurturing environment, utilising our Forest School to build confidence, self-esteem and resilience in our pupils.
