We are looking to recruit a passionate and engaging Teacher of Citizenship to join our team at The Burgess Hill Academy from September 2022.  We welcome applications from both experienced and early career teachers.  We are happy to consider job share applications.

About The Burgess Hill Academy

Ofsted grade: Good in all areas (2019)

The Burgess Hill Academy is a secondary school for 11 to 16-year olds in Burgess Hill, West Sussex. We challenge and support our pupils to believe in their best, providing an academic focus with a determination to support wellbeing and employability skills. In 2020 we have enhanced our learning environment with refurbished classrooms, science labs and outdoor areas. We offer 240 student places each year and have a total capacity of 1200.
