Midday Meals Supervisor (Part Time - Actual Starting Salary - £3,127 per annum)

Blackthorns Community Primary Academy is looking for a brilliant Midday Meal Supervisor to join our motivated and enthusiastic team. This is a crucial role in ensuring our children have a great lunchtime and are ready to learn when they return to their classrooms.

Duties include assisting the children in the dining hall, supervising, actively engaging with children to encourage play whilst in the playground and ensuring they gain the most from their lunchtime. A willingness to act as a team member, a confident manner and a calm approach is essential.   ​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

Blackthorns Community Primary Academy is a school for 4 to 11-year olds in Lindfield, West Sussex. We are an inclusive, nurturing school. We strive to provide creative and inspirational learning experiences. With one class in each year group, our small size allows us to know our pupils as individuals; nurturing their strengths and talents. We also have a special facility for up to 8 children with additional learning needs and speech, language and communication difficulties.
