The Hastings Academy is looking to appoint a Student Wellbeing and Pastoral Officer.  The main purpose of this role is to provide support, care and guidance, ensuring that students emotional and wellbeing needs are met. We require a confident, calm and caring team member to join our pastoral team. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and listening skills, be firmly committed to improving standards of learning and achievement and improving life chances for all students. You will be an excellent role model and offer your support and guidance to ensure students are fully engaged.
