The University of Brighton Academies Trust are seeking a multi skilled tradesman, with good all-round general building experience within the construction industry and a time served qualification to play an intergral part in the replacement and refurbishment program at the Burgess Hill Academy.
The successful candidate must be able to work using their own initiative with an eye for detail and high standards of finish. The postholder will be an excellent communicator and must be flexible in their planning and working to complement the operational good practice of education and facilities management which is essential.
The Estates & FM Department is a friendly and industrious team whose remit is to improve and maintain our academies’ environments, grounds and buildings. This thriving team brings together an array of different skills, all of which contribute to the successful running of the department. The aim is to be highly effective in managing the estates in order for the Trust to deliver its Strategic Vision, ensuring that our department provides a customer focused quality service that compliments and supports education.
