As our People Operations Manager, you will have an exciting opportunity to establish this crucial new role, and, working with your small team, to lead the development and delivery of an efficient and effective, quality-driven and customer-focused People operations service, ensuring compliance with legislation, policy and best practice.
Our successful candidate will be an experienced HR generalist and line manager, with demonstrable experience of developing and implementing effective systems and processes. You will have excellent organisational and time management skills, as well as excellent attention to detail and accuracy. You will also be a strong team player who enjoys working on their own initiative, has excellent communication skills, and is competent using Microsoft Office and HR information systems.
This role will initially be based at home due to social distancing measures but will be based at University of Brighton’s Falmer campus once the measures are relaxed.
